The SMJ-B manual hemp motor is the simplest new type of hemp electrical equipment improved by our company, mainly used in small slaughterhouses. It consists of a voltage regulator, a plastic handle hemp electrical head, a plug, and a stainless steel hemp electrical head. Used to knock out live pigs that have been showered and entered the anesthesia circle, or those transported by V-shaped or trapezoidal conveyors, so as to put the animals in a brief coma and provide convenience for foot puncture, lifting, and safe bleeding.
This hemp motor has strong applicability and can be used alone or in conjunction with a conveyor, meeting the needs of different shifts in production. It is economical, practical, and small in size. Specifically, as follows:
1. Adopting an adjustable isolation transformer with multiple output terminals, suitable voltage parameters can be selected according to the size of the pig.
2. Manual operation makes it more convenient to electrocute soft pigs, residual pigs, and escaped live pigs.
3. The control box is made of carbon steel plate spray coating, and the fainting pliers are made of insulation material.
